Dare to Represent: The Citadel is being represented by two cadets who have the rare opportunity to serve as interns at British Parliament, one of the world's oldest governments which dates to the 14th century. Cadets Mitchell and Madden departed for London Oct. 22, and will complete a 90 day internship. They are sharing their reflections about their experience through several blog-style articles. Dare to Teach: Last July Cadet Angel Johnson took the leadership experiences she acquired from The Citadel to the Republic of Ghana in West Africa. For three weeks, the regimental public affairs officer taught a class of 30 kindergarten children math, English, music and art… It was one of the best leadership experiences of her life.
